On February 4—the seventh day of the Lunar New Year in the Year of the Snake—Vice Mayor Xia Qiyong, also the First Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the High-tech Zone, led a delegation to visit and extend greetings to several key enterprises. He inspected how businesses were resuming operations after the Spring Festival, extended heartfelt New Year wishes to employees, and encouraged companies to stay confident, muster up their energy, and strive for a "strong opening," so as to make new and greater contributions to the city's high-quality economic development this year."

Xia Qiyong and his delegation visited Hanertech Energy-Saving Technology Co., Ltd., Xiaogang Huishuo Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., Huagong Zhengyuan Intelligent Terminal Co., Ltd., and Xiaogang Huagong Gaoli Electronic Co., Ltd. in succession. They went deep into the production workshops, thoroughly examining the companies' resumption of work and production, operational status, market orders, technological innovation, and long-term development plans. Additionally, they warmly exchanged views with company leaders, listened carefully to their business aspirations, and promptly coordinated on-site to address the challenges and issues encountered during corporate growth.

During the visits, Xia Qiyong expressed his heartfelt gratitude to each enterprise for their outstanding contributions to the city's economic and social development over the past year. He emphasized that enterprises, as the backbone of economic growth, play an indispensable role. He urged relevant departments to continuously optimize the business environment, approaching enterprise development with even greater dedication, care, and determination, while making every effort to help businesses expand their scale, strengthen their capabilities, and enhance their competitive edge.

Xia Qiyong emphasized that, in the new year, he hopes enterprises will firmly maintain their confidence in development, seize growth opportunities, actively explore markets, and step up efforts in scientific and technological innovation—continuously enhancing their core competitiveness to strive for higher-quality, more efficient, and more sustainable growth. Additionally, it is crucial to rigorously implement the primary responsibility for safe production, strengthen the identification and management of safety hazards, and ensure the safe and stable operation of businesses.
