Hanertech develops and designs melt crystallization process technology, offering customized standalone equipment, integrated skid-mounted units, or on-site installation systems.
Melt crystallization is a method for separating and purifying substances based on their differing melting points, making it an energy-efficient, clean process for organic compound separation. It excels in efficiently separating special systems such as hydrocarbons with closely matched boiling points, structural isomers, and thermally sensitive materials. Notably, the preparation of ultra-pure substances is one of melt crystallization's unique advantages.

Hanertech's solid heat exchange technology consists of a series of parallel-arranged pillow plates and corrugated plates. The pillow plates and corrugated plates each form individual heat exchange units, and by stacking multiple units, the system achieves a significantly large heat transfer area. In the pillow plate heat exchanger, the hot medium flows through the gap between the pillow plates and corrugated plates, exchanging heat with the cold medium on the opposite side. The spaces between the pillow plates and corrugated plates create distinct flow channels, allowing the hot and cold media to travel separately—each following its own unique path—thus facilitating efficient heat transfer.

Hanertech has independently developed the Pillowplate, a uniquely designed heat-transfer plate crafted using laser welding technology and integrated bulging molding—all made from premium-grade stainless steel materials. Leveraging our proprietary Pillowplate technology, we’ve created innovative products such as plate-type air-to-water heat exchangers and plate-type air-to-air heat exchangers, along with a comprehensive range of waste heat recovery systems. These systems are capable of recovering waste heat from solid, liquid, and gaseous media, enabling efficient reuse across a wide temperature spectrum—from high-temperature to medium- and low-temperature applications. This versatility allows us to meet diverse customer needs, whether for winter heating, preheating boiler condensate, summer cooling, or even generating electricity from recovered waste heat.

Hanertech has independently developed the Pillowplate, a uniquely designed heat-transfer plate crafted using advanced laser welding technology and integrated bulging molding—all made from premium-grade stainless steel materials. Leveraging our proprietary Pillowplate technology, we offer both plate-type air-to-water heat exchangers and plate-type air-to-air heat exchangers. Not only do these products feature our innovative white-fog elimination system (patent application pending, Patent No. ZL 2021 2 1696521.7), which has already proven highly effective in real-world applications and earned rave reviews from satisfied customers—but Hanneng continues to push boundaries. Building on this success, we’ve further enhanced our system by integrating waste-heat recovery into the white-fog elimination process, creating an even more efficient solution (patent application pending, Patent No. ZL 2021 2 1865550.1). This cutting-edge design not only eliminates white fog but also captures low-temperature waste heat to generate hot water and provide cooling, maximizing energy efficiency while minimizing environmental impact.
