Product Description

The powder flow cooler with patented technology is designed for cooling. Fertilizer granules The best choice.

Hanergy SV Powder Flow Cooling Technology Currently, more than 200 sets of powder flow heat exchangers are serving the global powder heat exchange industry.

Hanneng's SV powder heat transfer technology effectively combines the principle of dense-phase conveying of powder particles with innovative plate-type heat transfer plate technology.

The results show that the powder flow cooler effectively cools and granulates fertilizers, offering a low-operating-cost, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly solution.

The heat-transfer plate assembly of the powder flow cooler consists of a set of parallel, vertically arranged heat-transfer plates. As the cooled fertilizer flows through the channels within the heat-transfer plates, it is cooled via thermal conduction, uniformly and controllably passing downward from top to bottom between the plates. The vertically oriented, indirect heat-exchange system allows the cooled fertilizer to slowly descend in a controlled manner, moving steadily between a series of hollow, upright heat-transfer plates. This gradual and well-regulated flow of the cooled fertilizer ensures optimal product quality, effectively preventing wear and degradation, thereby safeguarding the integrity of the product’s particle characteristics and crystal structure from being compromised.

Compared to traditional cooling methods for chemical fertilizers, The powder flow cooler has the following features:

Cooling water flows through internal channels in the heat-transfer plates, removing heat from the fertilizer, and air is no longer used in the fertilizer cooling process.

Highly efficient, it reduces energy consumption by 90% compared to air-cooled processes.

This process eliminates dust and gas emissions, and no longer uses direct gas cooling for fertilizer.

Installation costs are low, and there’s no need for gas-handling equipment such as large-diameter ducts, motors, fans, dust collectors, air coolers, or emission control devices.

The highest product quality ensures that air doesn’t come into direct contact with the cooling fertilizer, preventing bacterial contamination, odor pollution, and changes in the moisture content of the cooled fertilizer. Additionally, the heat exchanger features a simple design with no moving parts, resulting in high equipment reliability and minimal maintenance requirements.

The installation design of the heat transfer plates facilitates maintenance and cleaning. This design allows for easy separation or replacement of individual heat transfer plates.
